Central Market...

We ventured out to one of the markets this evening.  They have everything you could want, need, or imagine.  The amount of seafood you can find here is pretty amazing.  It looked like some of it was fresh out of the sea.  Too bad I'm not an expert in cooking seafood, but it's better to let the people here do the cooking and it's much cheaper.  In the market, there are also tons of little vendors selling fried noodles, soups, and all kinds of fish off the grill.  We found a place that sells a plate of fried noodles, with a few veggies, and an egg on top for about 7000 riel which is just under $2.  It was delicious!!  We have found that eating out will probably be cheaper than cooking at home, and much more tasty.
