THE CAPTIVATING WORD OF GOD...

How excited are you about reading the Word of God?  I can say that there are days when I don't really want to pick up my Bible.  Either I'm too tired or too busy.  I'm going to tell you another story about our friend Srey Mom. I can't write enough about her, because God is doing such amazing things in her life.  We gave her a Bible before Christmas, and recently she moved to a new apartment and seems to have misplaced her Bible in the move.  Every time I ask her if she has found it, she says that it's in the bottom of a box.  So last week, I decided to take her a new Bible.  I walked into her restaurant, talked to her for a few minutes, and then asked her if she still needed a Bible.  She said she had found it and has been reading it.  She went on to tell me about her sister's friend who comes over all the time.  One day, the friend saw the Bible sitting on the table and asked about it.  Srey Mom's sister told her that its the Bible.  The friend asked Srey Mom if she can read it when she is finished with it.  Apparently she keeps telling Srey Mom to hurry and finish reading the Bible so she can read it.  Wow!  Have you ever longed to read the Bible in this way?  I think God might be doing a work in this girl's heart.  Come to think of it, I don't even know her name.  I'll have to write more about her later.  So, I told Srey Mom, that I have an extra Bible and I pulled one of my bag.  She was excited, but she said that I might not get it back.  I told her that's what it's for.  Isn't our God so cool!!!
