Rice covered banana...

We saw this odd looking thing covered in banana leaves. Anny said that it was sticky rice on the outside with a banana and coconut inside. Sounds pretty tasty, right? It wasnt as good as we thought, and something inside was pink. Anny kept saying it was the banana that turned pink. Do bananas turn pink???
