Motos...

The most popular mode of transportation here is a mo-ped, also known as a moto. You would be amazed the number of people who can fit on a moto. I don't see more than 3 too often. Tonight, I saw a mom and her 2 kids on a moto.  It is the law for the driver to wear a helmet here, but only a suggestion for passengers, that's odd.  Often times I see kids without helmets, because they are just the passengers.  As my friend Liz would say... danger!!!  This mom had helmets for her kids.  Way to go mom!!  Helmets are expensive so many people don't have them, especially for the kids.
